Such a helpful garage - I was not a previous client but had run out of coolant so had to find the closest garage. They suggested I left the car overnight for the engine to cool down, and got someone to drop me home (10 mins away). When I went back to collect the car in the morning they wouldn't let me pay! Amazing kindness and they have a new customer now! Many thanks.

My clutch suddenly, and unexpectedly, failed on a Monday evening. Contacted the main dealership who disappointingly couldn't help for a month, so we contacted Service 2 who from the outset could not have been more helpful, despite being extremely busy their selves. Becky was wonderful, organising everything with us and getting my car scheduled in for repair, she is lovely and very efficient. I had my car back in a matter of days, one mechanic even worked overtime to get it done quickly,. What more can you ask for. We will now be having all our work, service and MOTs, etc done here.
